This is a Pelikan 400NN with tortoise sleeve, dark brown cap and filling mechanism. This is a very beautiful vintage fountain pen from 1950s.

One perfectly repaired mini hairline on section.
One perfectly repaired crack on cap.
I have taken the price low for this reason.
Plus some minor imperfections.
Perfect for daily uses.

The pen is in perfect working order.
